After graduating with honours from medical school at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Dr. Perkins completed extensive plastic and cosmetic surgery training to earn a fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. His post-fellowship training included a specific Cosmetic Fellowship in Sydney, as well as a fellowship at the prestigious M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.
